1. Program Cancellations

• Once access to digital content is granted, cancellation is not permitted.

• In case of technical issues preventing access, contact us for resolution.

2. Product Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet dispatched by emailing oxidationtherapy@gmail.com

• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Returns

• We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged goods

  • Incorrect product delivery
    Photo proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refunds

• Eligible refunds:

  • Cancelled orders (before dispatch)

  • Validated product damage returns

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
